Please read carefully 1. Guests may choose between a $3,000 refundable damage deposit OR a non-refundable $69 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan (VRDPP) that would be paid upon booking, along with 50% of the rent, with the balance due at least 30 days prior to check-in. The VRDPP provides you and your vacation party with up to $3,000 worth of accidental property damage coverage. Cancellations and/or changes must be made 30 days (60 days for monthly reservations) prior to check-in. A $30 processing fee applies to ALL reservations. Intentional damages or damages in excess of $3,000 will be the responsibility of the renter.

2. Travel Protection Insurance can be included in your reservation for a fee. This coverage protects your investment in the event you must cancel due to a sudden emergency. Plus, you’ll receive reimbursement for the portion of your trip you miss if you are required to leave early and return home. Call CSA Travel Protection with questions about this plan at 866-999-4018.

3. Rates subject to current lodging tax. 4. Minimum stay 3 nights. 5. M aximum number of guests: 6 in two-bedroom units, 8 in three-bedroom units and homes, 12 in four-bedroom homes, 14 in five-bedroom homes. Extra persons will result in the loss of all monies and expulsion from the property.

Check-in: 3 p.m. Check-out: 10 a.m. Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee your unit/house will be ready for check-in at exactly 3 p.m. 8. P ets are not allowed in rental units. 9. All units are Non-Smoking. 10. L inens and bath towels provided. 11. R enters are responsible for departure cleaning fees.

12. Two vehicles per unit only. 13. N o boats, wave runners, RVs, trailers or motorcycles allowed.

14. E very effort will be made to accommodate special requests for height levels, bedding types and specific properties. At times, it will not be possible to satisfy these requests.
