The process of planning and designing buildings, landscapes, and other physical structures, with a focus on aesthetics and functionality

The process of planning a huge land of area in Pekanbaru.
A phase in the architectural design process where the schematic design is expanded upon and final design decisions are made.

Not only able to experience Architectural Design, I also took part in a small section of Interior design process until choices of materials needed for the drafting phase.

Final phase of the works that I have been working on. Render took time and patient to actually turns the project into something believable and buildable just by seeing.

ALTERNATIF1

ALTERNATIF2

Alternative 1 Cluster A (small) has an American classic style. With the concept of a growing house. This house only provides one floor, but because of the concept of a “growing house”, this house can be built into a mezzanine house.
Cluster A has alternative 2, which has a more modern style, aimed at buyers with the status of “new family”

Phase 3 in the development of this masterplan is Ruko. This Ruko also has a classic style because of the results of the Feasibility Studies that have been made.

Phase 2 is a more elite housing development. For this housing, it is determined to use a classic-style house in accordance with the feasibility study that has been carried out. The difference from phase 1 housing is that phase 2 has a wider building area and also has 2 floors. This housing is more aimed at middle to upper class customers.

Sekolah Bogor Raya is a project categorized as an architecture development project. Several changes such as the canteen area, facade, and also additional floors are needed. Due to the rapid increase in the number of students, additional floors are needed in the rooftop area. The picture on the side and below is one of the illustrations of the new facade changes.

After doing the facade design and changing the floor plan at the school. The school wants an additional Visual Art room and also a Library. The following is the Interior of the additional Visual Art room on the Rooftop. The table used in this room takes inspiration from the architectural studio table that can be raised and lowered.

For this additional library, it has a mezzanine space so that it can see the mountains in Bogor. This library takes the concept of nature and "fun" so that the selection of materials such as younger wood, the presence of green carpets that mimic grass, and also some placement of fake plants in the short bookcase. This library is filled with seating areas for freetime lessons together and individual areas on the mezzanine floor.

This project in the Ciputat area is a residential and commercial complex. For this initial development phase, the commercial buildings built are individual buildings according to the tenants. Each building has 2 floors, 1 kitchen area, 1 toilet room, and a semi-outdoor area on the 2nd floor. This building uses a steel structure so that column closures are needed so that the facade still looks unified.
Commercial Complex B have facades that are quite similar to each other. Buildings B1-3 and B1-5 have 1 connected area, so there is an additional canopy that connects the 2nd floor of each building.
