Cricket is a new P2P shipping service that leverages Artificial Intelligence and shared culture between users to facilitate the delivery of goods.

Cricket meets users “where they live”—directly in messaging applications—where requests are typically made to friends.

Cricket scans messaging applications for delivery requests, and connects shippers with drivers going in the same direction.

Cricket knows drivers’ trip activities, offering only jobs that fit their existing driving routines.

Cricket scans shippers’ messages/ calendars and identifies their delivery needs. Cricket can also coordinate requests via direct message.

Matchmaking

In the case of a spontaneous request, the driver receives a suggestion from Cricket (voice) while they are driving.

In the case of a pre-planned request, the driver receives a text message on their mobile requesting their availability on a specific date.

In the case of a spontaneous request, the sender accepts a proposition offered by Cricket within a chat conversation.

In the case of a pre-planned request, the sender contacts Cricket by text message and asks for a driver’s availability.
