England were competing against Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland in a series of races involving a mix of turns, handover, skill, vaulting and galloping against other the teams.

Lauren says she would like to carry on her riding and become a jump jockey - her ambition would be to ride in the Cheltenham Gold Cup and the Grand National at Aintree.

Headteacher David Lewis said, “We are very proud of Lauren’s achievements and the other riders from our school who were competing at the show. As a school we endeavour to support this passion for riding among our students.”
