Treasurer Yvonne Clyde advised the meeting that apparent delays were mainly due to fact that a revised insurance "Scope of Works" had to be issued and costed, as there were significant omissions in the original.

The following options were put to members:

1. Rebuild inside of Club at a cost of $482 293, as quoted by the insurer's proposed contractor MAAS constructions.

If 1. is not taken up:

2. Accept a cash payout from the Insurance company of $438 448, plus contents cover.

3. Move to Showground or

4. Merge with the Molong RSL club and build a new bowling green on that site.

The Club has received a Flood Grant of $25,000 which will be used to resurface the carpark, driveway around the Clubhouse, level out the back of the Clubhouse and rebuild the retaining wall adjoining the bottom green.

They also have procured a Grant of $20,000 to help repair the Green closest to Euchareena Road.

After a thoughtful discussion of the pros and cons of each option President Chris Beatty asked members to think about the options and meet again on 20 August.
