TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE • All goods remain the property of Molloy’s Liquor Stores until they are paid for in full. Minimum age of 18 to place and receive the order.

• A minimum of Four working days should be allowed for delivery. Orders received after Monday 18th of December will be executed but cannot be guaranteed delivery before the 24th December.

• Every effort has been made to accurately describe the goods in the brochure and Molloy’s Liquor Stores are not liable for any errors or omissions contained therein.

• In the event of an item not being available at the time of ordering, Molloy’s Liquor Stores reserve the right to substitute with similar items of comparable quality and value.

• If the goods are not delivered in perfect condition, please notify Molloy’s Liquor Stores within 48 hours.

• We accept the following methods of payment: • Visa, Mastercard and American Express (Debit & Credit). Cheques (crossed and payable to Molloy’s Liquor Store) EFT payments (IBAN & BIC available on request). Paypal via online orders.

• Gift Cards (One4All, Perfect Card and FromMe2You) are also accepted and can be used instore or online.

• Free delivery on orders over €250 to a single address. However delivery to multiple addresses will be charged at €10 per address.
