MOLLIE HENDRICK
GRAPHIC DESIGN PORTFOLIO

I’m a fine artist & graphic designer living in Bentonville, Arkansas with my husband and two daughters.
I fell in love with art at a young age and have never stopped creating. I’ve always enjoyed drawing portraits and have recently discovered my love for digital drawing and graphic design.
I graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2007 with a BSE in Art Education and a BFA in Instrumental Music. I’ve been a high school art teacher for the past 16 years and have enjoyed getting to use my creativity on a daily basis.

My branding started with the idea to create my own version of the CMYK color wheel. My logo was created by combining an M & H and making use of the negative space to create a simplistic crown shape.
Sam, the owner of Anarchy Cake Studio, commissioned me to design some Halloween-themed stickers for her bakery. She had a clear vision in mind, incorporating a skull and crossbones in a badge style reminiscent of the iconic punk rock band, The Ramones. I was thrilled to work with Sam again to create some stickers in a similar style for Pride Month.

These posters were crafted for the Phat Tire Bike Shop, specifically for their yearly Double Barrel Gravel Ride. The task at hand was to create a poster design to advertise their event, and I was granted full creative autonomy to do so. As a result, I produced two distinct designs, each with its own unique flair and appeal.

Made for : Year : THE SWADE DIABLOS
The Swade Diablos, a prominent rock-a-billy band in the local music scene, commissioned a set of designs to be used as a logo and on merchandise. The objective was to create a few new designs that would capture the essence of their music and appeal to their fans. The band had a specific color scheme in mind and requested that the designs feature an electric guitar, an upright bass, a microphone, and a drum.
The Ouachita Baptist University Music Department commissioned the creation of stickers to promote their program to potential students. The objective was to design stickers that would effectively communicate the value of the department and its offerings. The stickers were crafted with precision and creativity to ensure that they would capture the attention of the target audience.

These social media posts were crafted for the esteemed GenZ water brand. The brand guidelines were stringent, and many graphic assets were at my disposal to create the posts. These posts were designed to be visually appealing and engaging, with a clear call to action for their target audience. The process involved a careful selection of the most appropriate graphics and a creative use of language to convey the brand’s message effectively.
Made for : Year : PERSONAL PROJECT
This fabric collection was inspired by an online art challenge to create a Halloween hero pattern and coordinates. The main idea behind this collection was to depict skeletons dressed as famous artists for Halloween. The coordinating prints were inspired by different elements from each of the artist illustrations.
This particular project has been motivated by the fervent passion of Northwest Arkansas residents for the Razorbacks and cycling. This design is readily available on stickers and tote bags that are currently being retailed at the Bentonville Mercantile. The fabric designs have been crafted to incorporate various elements from the bike wheels and spokes, resulting in visually captivating repeat designs that can be seamlessly integrated into a wide range of fabric-based merchandise.

The following designs are a collection of diverse projects that were crafted for Gravette Public Schools. Among them are logo designs for the school newspaper and a collaborative business organization, as well as t-shirt designs for clubs and school spirit. Additionally, an ID badge design was created for the teachers and staff.
