When you have your event at the Museum of Latin American Art, we include a variety of items that give you an advantage to make your event successful!

•Security (for up to 300 guests, additional charges afterwards)

•Tables (Limited inventory of cocktail, dinner and 6-foot rectangular tables)
•Chairs (450 natural wood folding chairs available to renter)
•Separate Green Rooms or Bride’s Room and Groom’s Room
•No Food & Beverage minimum with catering
•MOLAA AV/Sound System for simple AV needs (speeches, working with DJ’s, plugging in from an external device)
If you need additional space to make your event a success, we are able to rent a portion of our parking lot for a variety of uses.
• Event space extended to MOLAA Parking Lot - $5,500/day for full lot; $3,000/day for half lot
• 4 Hours of event time (10 pm curfew per city of Long Beach)
• Capacity: 320 seated guests / 500 standing reception • Size of the Sculpture Garden is roughly 5700 sq. ft. • Includes: 8 Total site rental hours •4 Hours of event time •2 hours of set up •2 hours of break down
•Capacity: 400 guests •Combined size is roughly 11,100 sq. ft. • Includes: 10 Total site rental hours •5 Hours of event time •3 hours of set up

• 19 - 36” Highboy Cocktail tables (42” high).
• 20 - 30” Lowboy Cocktail tables (36” high).
• 45 - 6’ Rectangular tables.
• 30 - 60” round dinner tables (10 tops).
• 30 - 72” round dinner tables (12 tops).
• 4 - 10’x10’ popup tents.
• 4 Large umbrellas.
Site rental fee does not include catering.
*All outside rental inventory must be picked up within 24 hours of the event. A storage service charge of $750 per day will be assessed on any outside rental inventory left at MOLAA more than 24 hours after the end of the event.
