Over the years Ekal has facilitated School visits, or Vanyatras for scores of supporters from across the world and India. These visits had a profound impact on the individuals who took time out to first hand experience Ekal at work across rural and tribal India. A few of their experiences are listed below to help motivate other supporters take participate in this enriching Vanyatra journey.

Serving the needy backward classes is the real service of the Lord. Teachers are very committed to educate students and they are even smart to perform their duties. We were impressed with the effort the Ekal Foundation is putting in uplifting rural education in India blended with cultural pride. The flawless coordination of the Ekal in organizing this trip made my trip memorable. We reached the village before noon and were warmly welcomed by the school Acharya and villagers. We were in the school with students for long time. During that period acharya conducted the class demonstrating teaching methods and the curriculum. We also had a productive session with the students. We had a productive interactive session with the students. I enjoyed my trip very much. Students belong from tribal areas but they are very confident and they have potential to do something. They have hope of doing something. If they will get propr guidance then they must give some good contribution for country. I have learnt from my father that never earn money by the way it hurts anybody.

Students of Ekal Vidyalaya showed great proficiency in language, Maths, Poems, Action, Yoga and Games. Children really enjoyed and felt very happy. Ekal operates in such remote places creates pride for culture, Nation and community. Student attendance in regular schools increases and Ekal students are toping the school in education and curricular activities. It was really a wonderful experience. we visited to tribal areas. They recite slogans, poetry and most important that they have faith towards governance and country. They also wrote letters to Hon. Prime Minister. They can assume good or bad aspects. In Slum areas there resources are less but they have spirit to do something. Acharyas- children performed National Anthem, Surya Namaskar and interacted with the Vanyatris; children were also involved in learning of cleanliness and hygiene management, general knowledge and origami; Vanyatris distributed educational materials and toffees to the children.

Our visit to Vanyatra was so exciting. we were warmly welcomed by the school Acharya and villagers. We were in the school with students for about an hour. During that period acharya conducted the class demonstrating teaching methods and the curriculum. We also had a productive session with the students. We had a productive interactive session with the students. The entire family interacted both with the Ekal students, and the villagers in all the villagers. They also distribute school bags to the students. “Thank you so much for doing such a selfless task for the larger good of humanity. We were indeed touched ad overwhelmed by the genuine happiness and joy of these students. Ekal Vidyalaya is indeed doing such a great job. To see our contribution in action brought so much joy to us.
