Architectural Technologist recently graduated from Sheridan College. Experienced and highly proficient in Autodesk and Adobe programs. Completed over a dozen of residential and commercial projects throughout my program.

Over the past years, my academic journey in architectural technology has equipped me with a broad range of practical and technical skills, with a strong focus on real-world application. My training spans from the nuances of building systems, envelope components, and material research to core design principles, structural integrity, and accessibility standards.

In addition to my education, I bring a unique perspective shaped by several years of experience in the moving industry, where I’ve had the opportunity to observe and work within thousands of buildings across Southern Ontario. This firsthand exposure to a wide variety of residential and commercial spaces has sharpened my ability to understand building functionality from the inside out.

It has also deepened my appreciation for efficient layouts and the seamless integration of private, public, and service zones.

I’m now looking to apply this combined knowledge of technical design and real-world spatial awareness in a junior-level architectural technologist role, where I can continue to grow and contribute to thoughtful, functional building solutions.

Project Date: Apr 2025 Course: Studio 6 Project Type: Mixed-Use Building Location: 100 City Centere Dr, Mississauga, ON Software: Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator Square One Residences offers one- to two-bedroom suites aimed at young professionals, small families, and downsizers seeking convenience and modern living. The design integrates residential, recreational, and childcare amenities within an urban environment, supporting sustainable growth in Mississauga. Townhouse-style units on the lower floors provide a private, street-level experience, while upper-level apartments offer elevated views and added privacy. Separate entrances maintain a distinct residential feel, setting the homes apart from the mall’s commercial areas. A central parkette with trees, benches, and pathways fosters community interaction and relaxation. The courtyard also features a communal BBQ area, perfect for social gatherings. Families benefit from an adjacent daycare and playground, ensuring safety and engagement for children. Residents have access to a private gym that promotes healthy living. The architecture blends modern dark brick with expansive windows, creating a minimalist yet warm aesthetic. Overall, Square One Residences adds a thoughtfully designed residential community to Mississauga’s vibrant downtown.

Project Date: Sep - Nov 2024 Course: Studio 5 Project Type: Mixed-Use Building Location: 1056 Queen St W, Toronto, ON Team Members: Stepan Moisseyenko, Nicole Likmuan Software: Revit, AutoCad, Enscape Located on 1056 Queen St. West, Toronto, the Queen West Appartments responds thoughtfully to the surrounding historical context, drawing inspiration from the rich architectural heritage of the neighborhood.

Nestled within an area that showcases late Victorian and Second Empire buildings, the studio aims to preserve and complement the narrative told by the streets and the community, while also contributing to its vibrancy and evolution.

The project was intended to develop a 6-story mixed-use building including a commercial space, as well as a small picture gallery at the first floor.

Project Date: Jan - Mar 2024 Course: Studio 4 Project Type: Emergency Response Center - Fire Station Location: Ninth Line, Churchill Meadows, Mississauga, ON Team Members: Stepan Moisseyenko, Amitoz Guron Software: Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp, Lumion The intention of this project was to design a new Emergency Response Center in the growing community of Churchill Meadows in the city of Mississauga. The proposed building includes living spaces for the firefighter crew, office area with working stations, as well as the truck depot and utility areas.

Project Date: Sep - Nov 2024 Course: Building Renovations Project Type: Residential Renovation Location: 22 Goodwill Ave, North York, ON Software: Revit, AutoCad The main intent of the project was to get familiarized with the process of a renovation in the context of small residential bungalow. Project involved visiting an actual house, discussing the requirements with potential clients and propose a design concept for the future renovation. First stage of the project included visiting a site in person, measuring, and documenting existing conditions. The second stage involved using Revit to design additional floor plans and design features of the renovated house.
