In this project, we must design a wall. But rather than a wall that divides, we create a special inhabitable place. The wall exists at the edge of two spaces. But the wall need not be simply an unarticulated edge. It can be a zone unto itself. It can be an intimate place for reflection, observation, and dreaming, as well as a niche for reading

The primary goal of this project is to build a vertical ART GALLERY in Washington, DC. It was necessary to find visual and physical spatial links between different layers of space. The artwork will mostly consist of high-quality works ranging from 2D art to modest sculptural work.

We are to create a civic plaza along a prominent waterfront that will serve as a place of gathering, contemplation, rest, and celebration. The current shoreline is a continuous concrete walkway that is frequently utilized by city residents, but it is otherwise a desolate strip of hardscape along the water.
