AL MAJAZ WATERFRONT The basic footprint vertical massing provides waterfront views to one elevation only. Triangular foot print approach to maximize views to three sides hence more residents would enjoy the waterfront living experience. Massing articulation in a stepped Manner so each apartment has an open view. Balconies and podium addition. The balconies accentuate massing sharpness and the luxury waterfront experience. Vertical elements, grant tower ending and facade articulation emphasizes the iconic feel and unique experience.

The main idea is to create a form that blends naturally with the context giving more space and significancy to the rock art site as it is the main attraction.

FORM HEIRARCHY CONNECT ASCENDING

A high proportion of surviving historic and prehistoric rock art is found in caves or partly enclosed rock shelters; this type also may be called cave art or parietal art. A global phenomenon, rock art is found in many culturally diverse regions of the world. It has been produced in many contexts throughout human history.
