The institutes of higher learning usually prepare students for the industry with a focus on technical training with little or no training on human emotional development. However, to succeed in the industry or life, social-psychological development is critical. Irrespective of technical knowledge one may have, attitude is the primary determinant for success. This book aims to make students ready for the industry by providing social-psychological development knowledge to them.
