Their first few nights in the house were serene, a perfect blend of ocean waves and jungle symphony lulling them to sleep. However, an unsettling feeling lingered in the air. Often in life, we focus outward, and as a result, our self-care, particularly our health and fitness, falls to the back burner. I was a victim of this after years of working 8-12 hour days, working weekends and holidays, resulting in an unhealthy body that was genetically not on my side. I had to learn some key things to change my body as 98% of the things I tried simply did not work. While I was able to carry my extra weight well, I was nowhere near the hot body section, Until now!

I have naturally been able to shed some serious weight and maintain a 13% body fat for the last 5 and 1/2 years. My best body ever, and I'm over 40 and loving it.

I want to share my hacks with you, as this digest is all about giving you a few hacks along the way. Here are my top five body hacks that transformed my life:
