I always carry antibacterial toner with me for after my workout. Splashing some into my pores allows my skin to breath and clean the dirt that came about during my workout and a little of mascara on those wet eyelashes and wah-la! I feel clean and ready to carry over the endorphins into my day that I got from smashing cardio!

I use quick hairstyles that keep my hair back during my workouts and look cute outside of the gym. One of my go-to hairstyles is french braids. There are many variations to keep your hair from looking like a mess and can also keep people guessing if you even worked out or not!

Post-workout I like to use a cleansing wipe all over my face, neck and shoulders. It gets rid of all the sweat which will in turn prevent breakouts! My favorite is the Ariul wipes that I found at CVS for $3! I always keep one in my gym bag and in my car.
