PREPARATION OF CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKE A good chocolate cake recipe is something that is always useful. Because of the laborious process involved in producing it, a chocolate cake may seem intimidating, but when using this recipe, it is one of the simplest sweets to make. All you have to do is attentively follow the instructions and keep the measurements in mind. Ingredients you need:           

cooking chocolate, 500 grammes 1 mug of butter Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon Baking soda, 1 1/2 teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa powder in a half-cup whipped cream, 1 cup 1.5 cups of milk Brown eggs, four sugar, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 cups 50 ml of caster sugar

Steps to follow 

Pre-heat the oven and prepare a chocolate mixture.

Cooking chocolate chunks and 1/2 cup butter in a pot over low heat until the butter melts and the mixture turns into a thick paste. After 10 minutes, remove from the heat and set aside. While waiting, butter your cake pan and heat the oven for five minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. To prepare a layered cake, grease all of your pans if you have more than one. If not, you can bake one cake and then slice it into layers. 

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together.

Take a different sizable bowl and fill it with eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. After smoothing everything out, add the chocolate mixture. Remix it until it's smooth. Combine the dry ingredients, such as flour, sugar, and baking soda, in a separate basin. Add them to the chocolate mixture after thoroughly mixing them. Lightly brush it into the mixture to thoroughly meld everything. 

Bake the cake while preparing the filling.

For a 30-minute bake, pour this batter into either one or all of the cake pans. Take the remaining cooking chocolate and butter and place it in a saucepan to make the filling. Whip the cream and caster sugar into a smooth mixture after adding them. For the chocolate ganache, heat the cream over medium heat, add it to the cooking chocolate in a bowl just as it is about to boil, and whisk quickly until a smooth, delectable cream is formed. 

Stack, garnish, and serve!
