6 TIPS TO CLEAN YOUR DIECAST MODELS

PREPARE A SOAPY SOLUTION

Fill a basin or a sink with warm water Add a few drops of mild dish soap. Make sure it's not too concentrated

GENTLY SCRUB WITH A BRUSH

Submerge the model car in the soapy water and use a soft-bristle brush to gently clean the surface.

RINSE THOROUGHLY

After cleaning, rinse the car under clean, running water to remove any soap residue Make sure the water isn't too hot, as extreme temperatures can affect the paint

PAT DRY WITH A CLOTH

Gently pat the model car, and dry it with a microfiber cloth or a soft towel. Make sure to get into all the nooks and crannies

INSPECT AND DISPLAY

Check for any damage, and once it's clean and dry, put it back on display or store it safely
