PRODUCTION

Production lines: chocolate decorations, sugar paste, icing decorations, dyes and jelly, digital and screen printing on wafer and sugar paste.

In our factory in the Varese province, production is disciplined by high standards to guarantee safety and quality. Controls are constant and rigorous along the entire chain from production to packaging and supply chain management.

OUR CERTIFICATIONS

Modecor is a company certified according to the GFSI voluntary standards. In accordance with the international voluntary standards of the food industry, we carry out the selection of raw materials, a careful prevention of physical, chemical, and biological contamination with a special focus on allergens.

Since December 2016, Modecor has been Halal certified for various product categories and over 200 references, thus joining a niche of Italian companies with this recognition. Modecor is always ready to comply with its customer’s quality standards, is available for second-party audits and is ready to proactively welcome all suggestions that may arise from them.

Product and Packaging

The R&D department customises the product in every aspect, from its formulation with “adhoc” ingredients and recipes, to the format, up to the definition of the packaging according to the customer’s specific needs.

The product quality standards are defined, legal support is offered for labelling aspects and compliance within the regulations related to the product presentation, as well as dynamic documentary support.

During the production cycle, various checks are carried out in compliance to the quality standards, and timely support is guaranteed in the management and resolution of any complaints.

Every logistical aspect is managed, from the order to the delivery of the product, following the specific needs defined within the project.
