& REFUSAL GUIDELINES

Last updated: version 23-4-24

INTRODUCTION

Please note: These guidelines are for educational purposes only. With these guidelines we can ensure that our customer will receive su:icient information before purchasing of our quality procedure and graduation process. If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team for additional information.

GRADATION PROCESS

Our team takes great pride in its grading process. Our gradation process is split into 2 parts: Testing procedure and gradation.

During our test procedure, our team uses one of our testing programs (Mobicode or Phonecheck) for the entire batch. This way we can ensure that all phones in the same batch are measured to the same standard.

Both programs test the same functions of the device, including: Display Bluetooth

Front camera

Back camera

SIM check (Call function)

Network connectivity (5G)

Microphones WiFi

Vibration

Face ID/Touch ID

Flashlight GPS

Speakers

Hardware buttons

Frequency

NFC

Charging port

Wireless charging (when available)

Sensors (Light, accelerometer, proximity, compass, gyroscope)

Regardless of the software being used, all devices are tested for optimal condition and come with a detailed report on the device condition. Please see below for an example of a test report.

PHONECHECK EXAMPLE

MOBICODE EXAMPLE

All devices have a test report and have IMEI code and serial numbers provided by stickers with each delivery.

Any device that does not pass any of the test results, will not be oLered. The following reasons are examples of why a device might be rejected:

Blacklisted

Specific region models, such as China spec

Carrier Locked SIM tray missing/damaged

FMI locked Not receiving/losing network connectivity

MDM locked Not receiving/losing WiFi signal

Demo mode activated Touch ID/Face ID issues

Jailbroken SIM issues

Screen notification Broken sensors

Battery notification

Device cannot be restored to original Apple firmware

Water damage Display issues

Bootloop

True tone issues (not available or not working)

Damaged housing/screen

Issues with wireless connections such as NFC and Bluetooth

Our team also checks whether the devices meet the following expectations:

• When third party screens are used, we will make sure these screens are meeting the requirements (comparable quality with color, brightness, touch features and True tone to the original iPhone screen) The screen may not show the non- original screen notification.

• No waves, dents or bubbles are allowed into the screen.

• The gap between the screen and frame should be less than a fingernail thickness.

• Batteries should have more than 83% battery life and less than 800 charging cycles. The batter y may not show the non- original battery notification. (on models with iOS 17.4 and higher, the cycle count can also be found in the phon settings)

• Speakers and mic netting/mesh, must be soldered or glued correctly, so no object can be penetrated through (like using a pen of SIM tray pin). They also must be clean, with no physical dirt present.

• Charging ports should be clean, with no physical dirt present.

• Water indicators are in place in the device

• When using third party replacement parts such as the SIM tray, we will try to color match as close as possible. There might however, be some slight di:erence in color from the original iPhone color.

• All devices are checked on whether physical damage is visible. If so, these devices are filtered out immediately

Please rest assured our team always filters out these devices and they will not make their way to you.
