During hertimewithGMS shehas not only completedher level2 and3inbusiness administration from 2015 to 2017 butisalso in the finalyearofher business degree at University CollegeBirmingham whichshe started in 2018

In addition to herformallearning, Megan hasalwaystaken herself outofher comfort zone by attendingnetworking events and representing GMSatmeetingsinorder to push herbusinessskillsand puttheminto practice

Within 12 monthsofemployment, Megan wassolelyresponsible formanaging theHRscreening andvetting process. She processed everynew starterthrough avery stringentprocess,requiringstrictattention to detail

In ordertofurther herpersonaldevelopment Meganspent 12 months working in the financedepartmentwhere shelearnt anew skill setand managedthe accounts receivable andpayable function within the department.Duringher time in accounts, Meganimplemented anew processfor em-

Apprentice JasmineMasseyhas made a substantial contribution to law firm FBC Manby Bowdler.

Just 21,Matthew hasshownmaturity by working throughout the challengingpandemicperiodwhiledeveloping hisunderstanding of thebusiness andachieving formal qualificationsalong theway.Matthew hasalso completed an IOSH health andsafetyqualification
