YOU’RE NOT ALONE: A MESSAGE OF HOPE AND HEALING

My hope is that my story reaches people who may be feeling lonely or struggling to find their way. I wanted to let them know you’re not alone, and with my personal experience and the hope my words can help someone feel heard and understood. Feeling lonely can be a challenging and isolating experience, and it’s important to remember that there are people who care and want to help.

Whether that is talking to a friend or a family member or joining a support group, or seeking professional help from a counsellor, there are resources available to help you manage feelings of loneliness, and there is no shame in seeking support or help.
