TransLink® - building the largest regional system in the U.S. The latest example is in the San Francisco Bay Area where Cubic is delivering the full range of operational services for the TransLink® regional smart card system for our customer the Metropolitan Transportation Commission. When completed, more than 27 operators providing bus, subway, commuter rail and ferry services to 1 million riders daily in 9 counties will offer seamless interoperability and interagency travel.

Cubic has delivered a completely hosted system with end-to-end support. We provide the full range of services including equipment maintenance, field services, workshop repairs, inventory control systems, expert Help Desk support with issue-tracking systems, central system hosting and system performance monitoring and optimization. We also operate a customer service center that manages all account requests for participating agencies, card distribution and reload network management, as well as financial transaction processing, funds management and distribution across agencies, banking services for credit and debit card acceptance and comprehensive daily management reports. go card – the most advanced fare collection system in Australia We are also delivering services in Brisbane, Australia, where we have created the go card system, an automated intelligent

This Cubic-designed fare collection and revenue management system connects 20 major public and private regional operators.

Our customer Translink Transit Authority relies on Cubic for a full spectrum of support services, including central ticketing system and network operations, marketing support, regional clearing and settlement.

Other essential services include card management, card distribution, retail agents management, cardholder support services and asset management services.

Oyster® Card – London’s most popular way to travel London’s Oyster® card system is another Cubic success story, where supporting the world’s most comprehensive system is a demanding job. Having designed, manufactured, and commissioned the system from the ground up, Cubic is dedicated to managing, monitoring, and maintaining London’s fare collection equipment and providing a wide range of technical support services for the entire system. We provide service for more than 20,000 devices across the massive London Underground, rail and bus network, and remote ticketing sites. Cubic recently signed the Future Ticketing Agreement to deliver all services for Transport for London until 2013.
