The lighting design takes “rhythm, softness and simplicity” as the core, aiming to provide people with a comfortable and artistic communication environment. The overall light layout adopts simple lines and soft brightness transition, avoiding overly complex or abrupt lighting effects, so that the space atmosphere is smooth and does not appear oppressive.

The lighting design of the negotiation room emphasizes functionality and comfort, adopting warm color temperature and adjustable light intensity to adapt to different communication scenarios. Accent lighting with indirect light source provides uniform lighting for each corner, avoiding glare while enhancing privacy and sense of concentration.

The illuminance calculation allows us to see the distribution of light more clearly. The combination of warm ambient light and accent lighting highlights the hierarchy and functionality of the space, while focusing on the even distribution of light to ensure appropriate illumination in each area. The combination of lighting design and materials such as wood and stone creates a comfortable, upscale atmosphere and enhances the overall visual effect of the lobby.

The concept of the architecture is “The Resonance of Urban Sound”. I was inspired by the sound I heard during the field trip. There are a lot of sounds from cars, buses, bicycles and pedestrians on the main road. However the residential area is very quiet, can only hear some slight sound of kitchen cooking, wind blowing and conversation. These diverse groups of people can come and go like the sound waves to resonate on the site.
I believe that space can affect the magnetic field of relationships between people. When the space is taller and more open, people's emotions will be more comfortable and cheerful. They will be willing to communicate with others, create a lively atmosphere, and form a gravitational field of interaction between people; However, when the space is more narrow and low, people's emotions will inclined to be more peace and quiet. It is suitable for solitary activities, forming a separate gravitational field. So height is also an important variable.
We first wrap the two building with a new cover, and can make the boring original outdoor space between the two buildings into indoor space(this way was used in OMA cases), we use irregular volume to erode, and create organic form cave shape building. We keep the old buildings and part of cutting into the old buildings, forming the contrast of red brick and concrete.
Second floor
Our point of view on "revitalizing relics" and "renovating ancient buildings" is that "nostalgia is an unrepeatable thing", that is, there is no need to care old buildings. It is the common sense of all things to cover old buildings with new buildings and replace them with new things. So when dealing with by concrete, we chose to wrap it directly, like a fossil in the rock, following the natural law.
care so much about the demise of with the old building volume covered
The hall is next to the largest hot spring pool, but the walls block the view so that only light can pass through the hole above. Therefore, at the right Angle, sunlight from the hot spring pool is reflected to the ceiling of this exhibition hall.
The display of furniture in the exhibition hall echoes this interesting phenomenon, hanging upside down from the ceiling. This particular exhibition hall is next to the largest hot spring pool, but the walls block the view so that only light can pass through the hole above.

Day clock records the pattern of activity of different organisms or natural phenomena during the day.
Flocks of birds begin to chirp and fly out of the bushes at 6 a.m. to feed.
Later in the day, fishermen walk out onto the bridge and start fishing.
In the late afternoon, when the sun is shining, butterflies flock to the bushes to feed.
As the sun is setting, it's dinner time for the hares.
Capturing the Movement of Time
The Night Clock is a record of how different organisms or natural phenomena move at night.
Hares begin to come out to feed in the evening and are most active at 8 or 9 pm.
Then the rats start to appear.
Butterflies hide in the grass in the middle of the night.
Slugs move slowly through the damp, dewy grass.
Time is objective, a uniform unit of measure developed by humans to facilitate life. But time perception is subjective. It is related to mental states, dreams, memories, and thoughts. Time can be point, linear, circular, rotating upward; past, present, future; human, animal, plant, or non-living.
From here I can see the ocean across the harbor. Everything around me converges on this point. The rotating upward staircase is like the rotating upward time, the development of things. It's like I'm standing at the intersection of time; in the middle of the past and the future; on the rotating axis of a clock.
I'm a waterfowl living in the neighborhood. The pond is calm and friendly. It gives me a sense of familiarity. I can bathe, drink and nap here.
My rabbit hole is close by. The plants growing on these poles are delicious. I love playing hide and seek around these columns.
Walking down the long corridor of time, I could see the scenery around me falling as I ascended. Linear space, like linear time, has to keep going forward. No one can go backwards. Can anyone go backwards.
We enjoy hosting small party events here. The stage is very special with the pillars surrounding it, making him a focal point for people to explore and see. It's also a great place to meditate and laze around. People need to walk around the circle and through the outer corridor to get to the center of this venue. In the process of entering they also walk through the exhibition itself.
This pavilion has brought a lot of convenience to our neighborhood. It turns out that this park has no place for people to stay. I enjoyed bringing my puppy for a walk.
People enter according the pathways and reach the center. The center part can give some spaces to hold some activities.
You can also walk onto the bridge, go through
The pavilion can also be used by non human. Ducks and birds around can swim or drink in the pool. Rabbits can also eat plants growing on the pavilion and hide themselves in the pavilion.
through the building and arrive at the top of the cliff.
Today, with the development of the information age, we are occupied by a variety of reading media. But there are still people nostalgic for the warm, paper-based books with the unique touch of paper. The sound of turning pages, the ability to write and draw on a book, and the immersive and focused experience of reading a book.

The design intention through the organic combination of height difference, light, vision and other elements, to guide people to explore and climb their own inner yearning and original heart.
Located at the entrance of the building, As the function hall can be flexibly opened and Make up different functions of the space.

The student Activity Center is an important public space on campus In this design task, We highlight the sharing and public nature of space Through the preliminary base survey, We identified the need and lack of 24-hour space on campus Combined with the case study of the building structure We hope to realize "campus riverside public parasol" such space form and concept
