Mr C K Ranganathan, Chairman & Managing Director, CavinKare Pvt Ltd., is a pioneering innovator. He is the former Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Southern Region and former president of the Madras Management Association, AIMA and TiE – Chennai Chapter.
Mr C K Ranganathan is one of the founding members of the Ability Foundation – an NGO working towards the rehabilitation of the physically challenged. He instituted the CavinKare Ability Awards in 2003 to celebrate the exemplary spirit of individuals who have risen above their physical limitations to display great achievements in life.
Mr C K Ranganathan instituted the Chinnikrishnan Innovation Awards in 2011 in memory of his father, the late Shri. R. Chinnikrishnan, to encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship in the country

Venkat Changavalli is an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad and B.Tech. (Chemical) from NIT, Warangal He was trained at Wharton School, IMD, LBS, Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School
During his career of more than 48 years, he conceptualized, implemented, and operationalized innovative projects for the first time, such as EMRI-108, and UP-100 (112) at global standards which brought name and fame to our country.
A strategic thinker, lucid trainer and renowned as a great inspirational speaker to bring in beautiful insights for better management of organizations and also development of people.

He has 28 years of corporate experience since 1977 from Management Trainee to CEO He was the first CEO of Symrise India for 11 years followed by EMRI for 6 years.
First CEO of Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI-108) in PPP framework providing free emergency response services. Under his leadership, 108 services started in Hyderabad in August 2005 and in 6 years reached out to 12 states with 3,200 ambulances and has responded to 12 Million emergencies, conducted 150,000 deliveries and saved over 520,000 lives.
Post retirement since 2011 for 12 years, he has been Advisor to various state Governments & non-profit organizations, Director on boards, Management Consultant, Leadership Mentor and Author.
As Advisor to Govt. of UP for 26 months (Dec14 – Mar17), conceptualised and launched “UP 100, Police Emergency Management System” in 22 months costing Rs 2,200 Crores for 22 Crore population to provide prompt, uninterrupted round the clock, integrated police emergency response services, for public safety and security covering 75 districts with 3,200 police response vehicles and responds to around 17,000 police emergencies per day.
He was Advisor to Tata Trusts (Healthcare) for 2 Years conceptualized and launched Elderly Response System-14567 in 2019.
He was on the board of State Bank of Hyderabad as Director for 5 years and also on the Global innovation Board of Sanofi at Paris for 2 years.
He authored three books titled “Manage, Live and Lead”, “BL2BM” (Benchless to Benchmark) and “The Review (In)Sight”. He uploaded 108 videos of 4 minutes each on his YouTube channel to share his knowledge, experience and perspectives for developing leaders on multiple diversified topics.
He was awarded Distinguished Alumnus from NITW, HEAL Leadership, AAEMI Leadership, ICONGO’s Karmaveer Puraskar, PIRAMAL’s Innovative Healthcare delivery, Dynamic Indian of the Millennium, The highest Yash Bharti award from Govt. of UP and the Life Time Achievement Award form Cardiology Society.

Mr. Annadurai is currently the Executive Director & State Head of Indian Oil Corporation Limited With over 32 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, he has held key positions in Aviation, Operations, Lubricants, General Sales, and Retail Sales. His leadership roles include heading major units like the Coimbatore Divisional Office, responsible for retail sales across eight districts, and the Coimbatore Terminal. He is a specialist in retail sales, operations, oil logistics, project affairs, and aviation, and is widely acknowledged for his significant contributions
He also served as the Country Head for Highway Loyalty and Digital Business for three years and was the Retail Sales Head for petrol, diesel, and other energy products for a state. Previously, he was the Executive Director of the Gujarat State Office of IOCL.
Mr. Annadurai holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Madras.

Dr Rajeshwari Krishnamurthy Professor of Practice - Marketing

Dr Rajeshwari Krishnamurthy is an industry leader turned academician( recently was the Dean Academics, MCC, Chennai), who completed her Post Graduate in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and Ph.D. from IIT Madras. She brings with her 15 years of corporate experience with leading organisations such as Hindustan Unilever (where she won the Chairman Award at an early age) and Nippon Paint, where she was a part of the India market launch team. Her last corporate position was Vice President Marketing and Branding. She has been responsible for managing both the topline and bottom line results of many organizations and has travelled extensively - both domestic and International- while dealing with many cross cultural teams
Her 14 years of academic experience have been with Institutions such as the leading IIMs, XLRI Jamshedpur and Great Lakes Institute of Management. She briefly served as Dean (Academics) at MCC Boyd Tandon School of Business, where she worked on arriving at the brand positioning and setting up of a new B School. Known for her innovative initiatives, Rajeshwari, set up the Centre for Women Leadership at Great Lakes , where she launched a Job return ship program for those women who are on a career break and are looking to resuming their work journey She also conceptualized the B School competitions strategy that enables students to get placements at premier organisations Rajeshwari is an author of 3 books published on diverse topics such as ‘Mid-life career choices’ ( which was declared a best seller by the publisher Macmillan)’ and ‘New product development in FMCG’( which is a B School reference text book used at XLRI, IIM Ranchi, Great Lakes etc). She is on the Global Board on the organization mentorW, that provides support and advice to working women, as well as on the International Board of Product Development Management Association USA. She regularly conducts Corporate Training Programs across leading organisations, in the area of Sales and Marketing She has been a regular columnist with the Hindu Business Line and publishes frequently in National and International academic journals. Rajeshwari ' s research interests includeMetaverse, Innovations and new product development, Informal Innovations, and Sales management. She has been a part of several professional organizations such as CII Task Force for Entrepreneurship, American Marketing Association, Institute of Research Bureau, Product Development Management Association, IIM Ahmedabad Executive Committee, Empowering Women in IT industry, etc. She has served on the selection panel of IIMs for both students and faculty, including selection of students for Ph.D and Post Doctoral work at IIMs. She was named ‘Distinguished Woman in Management’ and ‘Outstanding Woman in Management’ for many years between 2011 and 2019, and has won several teaching and International research Awards in her career. She was also nominated for the ‘Distinguished Young Alumni Award at IIM Ahmedabad’, for her corporate and academic accomplishments Rajeshwari participates in marathon races and is an avid reader.

Mr Lakshminarayanan Duraiswamy is currently the Managing Director of Sundaram Home Finance Limited. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in risk management, operations and strategy He was the Chief Operating Officer of Sundaram AMC till 2019. He joined Sundaram Asset Management Company in 2009 and prior to that, he worked for GE Capital India and Australia in various risk management and business development roles across commercial finance, consumer finance and healthcare. He started his career with Citibank in retail operations before moving to GE Capital.
