TIGER TYAGARAJAN He

is

one

of

the

industry

leaders

who

pioneered

a

new

global

business

model

and

transformed a division of General Electric (GE Capital International Services) into Genpact, a global professional services firm delivering digital transformation solutions for clients.

In his current role, Tiger counsels and collaborates with CEOs/CFOs and other C-suite executives of large global corporations, helping them drive change in their companies, to improve their competitiveness. He frequently writes and speaks on such topics as digital disruption, global talent issues, continuous skill development, and the importance of building a strong corporate culture.

R Y NARAYANAN R Y Narayanan is a consultant and advisor based in Dubai and is currently working with entrepreneurs in the K-12 education and fintech sectors on strategy, operations and financial management. He is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years' experience covering FMCG (including 6 years in Pond's India), real estate and financial services in various governance, senior management and advisory capacities. Over the last 20+ years that he has been in Dubai, RY has worked with multinational, regional and local businesses that have played a meaningful role in the Dubai growth story.

KIMSUKA NARASIMHAN Kimsuka Narsimhan joined the Board of the Company as an Independent Director in January 2015. She is the Chairperson of the Audit Committee.

Kimsuka is the Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific, Kimberly-Clark Corporation. A Chartered and Cost Accountant, Kimsuka was earlier with PepsiCo in the India business as also the Asia/Middle East/Africa Sector. Prior to PepsiCo, she was with Unilever in various roles across the Home & Personal Care and Foods businesses, in India, UK and Singapore. She also serves as an independent Director on the board of Astra Zeneca Pharma India Ltd.

DR ATUL NERKAR Atul Nerkar research focuses on how technology, innovation and entrepreneurship affect business and corporate strategy.

His current research examines the drivers of R&D success in the pharmaceutical, chemical and optical disc industries. In particular, he focuses on firms’ patent portfolios and the evolutionary process underlying their development.

He worked with the Unilever Group of Companies in India before he studied at Wharton.

He received his PhD in strategic management from Wharton, where he also received an MA in managerial science and applied economics.
