





Guidelines for Written Presentation
Each competing team (two students) will submit a written presentation on the theme of Convention: “Future-Ready: Leveraging AI, Agility & Human Skills to Thrive in a Changing World” not exceeding 1500 words comprising the following:
Introduction
Your View on the topic, examples, case studies, illustrations, Conclusion
A bibliography (references) must be attached with the paper
General Instructions for Written Paper Presentation
Each competing team can have a maximum of 2 student members.
The cover of the paper must clearly specify the title of the paper, names of the team members, Year of study, Institute & address, personal email id, and contact numbers.
An e-copy of the paper must reach MMA by mail at mma@mmachennai org



The Oral Presentation will be held in person @MMA Management Centre on Thursday, 23rd October 2025
Each participating team would make a presentation, not exceeding ten minutes, followed by interaction with jury members.
Participation by both team members is compulsory
After eight minutes, a warning bell will be sounded to conclude the presentation in two minutes



Generalguidelinesforparticipants:
The competition will commence at 09:00 AM
Presentation by both members of the team is essential. All written presentations will be the property of MMA. Participating teams may publish it in part or whole only with the written permission of MMA.
The teams should reach MMA Management Centre, Anna Salai, Chennai by 08.30 AM on 23rd October 2025 to check the presentation and other audio-visual facilities
Sequence of the presentation would be intimated in advance However all teams are to be available by 08:30AM to attend the briefing about the format of the presentation and the guidelines.
Teams should check the compatibility of their presentations, computers, projector etc., in advance. Any other specific requirements may be coordinated in advance to avoid last minute problems.
Dispute: The jury’s decision shall be final in all matters pertaining to the evaluation and selection of Winning team. However, if any team has any grievance over the conduct of the event or the jury they may submit a written complaint addressed to the President of MADRAS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, which shall be routed through the Executive Director.
