At MLV, each property owner is allocated a dedicated Asset Manager whom becomes the single point of contact and is responsible for managing all the owner’s properties.

Our Asset Managers are responsible for portfolios of properties which are lower in number than the industry standard. As a result, our Managers are able to dedicate more time to each portfolio and ensure all the needs of both the Landlord and Tenants are met.

Your appointed Asset Manager will handle all aspects of your transaction. We provide the highest level of commitment and individualised service to our clients, while maintaining complete transparency through all our business processes.

LONG STANDING ASSET MANAGERS

Client

Royal Foods is a privately owned Australian gourmet food company and has been providing quality food products to both the food services sector and the retail supermarket industry for over 30 years. Royal Foods were seeking to expand its footprint nationally.

Requirement

As Royal Foods began their subsequent expansion, a review of their business in Perth identified a need for new accommodation. Their preferred agency in NSW, Link Property services, facilitated the introduction of Royal Foods to Industrial Commercial Partner MLV in Western Australia. Through a period of several years, MLV worked closely with the owner of Royal Foods providing sage real estate advice to assist them familiarise themselves with the Perth Industrial market.

Outcome

MLV were charged with the brief to locate a suitable freezer/coolroom facility in the Southern and Eastern Corridors, ranging in size from 2,000 to 4,000 sqm. Key requirements included freezer space, coupled with dry storage and cool room space. In February 2023, 11 years after the initial contact between Link Property Services and Royal Foods, MLV successfully identified and subsequently negotiated a lease to Royal Foods in Bassendean.

Royal Foods benefited from high quality and outstanding real estate advice, continuity of service between ICP partners, and a genuine dedication from its agents to work closely with clients and customers over the long term to generate the best outcome. Proof that ICP partners are invested in real relationships and play the long game in the interests of its customers and clients rather than seeking a quick fix.
