MEET THE TEAM

When you work with the Lockwood Real Estate Group, you will receive a refreshing and knowledgeable perspective to luxury real estate sales. With over 30 years of commercial and residential investment experience, we are more than just real estate agents. Our extensive network of high net worth individuals allows us to be particularly effective in helping clients with the disposition and acquisition of luxury assets. We covet the opportunity to share our know-how in selling even the smallest of castles.

Our group of buyers and sellers agents, transaction coordinator and administrative support are led by a well connected husband and wife duo Michael and Lisa Lockwood and sibling Tiffany White. Michael is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and possesses a B.S. in General Engineering. He is also a retired captain B767 for United Parcel Service; bestselling author; and motivational speaker. Lisa, on the other hand, is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Communications, and also possesses her MBA. The four-time Olympic gold medalist and three-time WNBA MVP

has also performed in numerous television and feature film roles. Lisa is an author, motivational speaker, and has over ten years of residential interior design experience. Tiffany is a graduate of California State University, Northridge. She has spent most of her career in law enforcement, education administration and has been practicing real estate in South Florida since 2017.

As skilled and committed advocates, we will negotiate on your behalf. We do not believe in the passive sales philosophy of adding your property to the MLS and hoping a qualified buyer comes along. We understand that selling luxury estates demands first-class service and attention to detail. We also have the ability to offer white-glove service for those with demanding lifestyles. After we present your offer to the listing agent, it will either be accepted, rejected, or the seller will make a counter-offer. This is when we will use our knowledge of the market & expert negotiating skills to negotiate the terms of the contract on your behalf.

Once seller has accepted your offer to purchase their property, it is time to bring in a professional home inspector to ensure the property meets the required standards. Any serious issues that arise will be brought to the attention of the seller and we will help you negotiate who will be responsible for fixing the noted repairs.
