The junior volleyball team, composed of Carol Kretsinger, Ruth Dobbertin, Margo Braun, Marsha Lange, Kathy Deines, Sandy Boettcher, Sara Wendt, Diane Wels, Pam Coffin and Ille Guillaume, was champion with a 19-2 record.
Carol Hartwig set a new record in the high jump as the sophomores won the girls' intramural track meet.
