A MUSICAL NIGHT OUT
Join Mr. Sanchez & a panel of MLHS students on November 29, 2011 from 7:30-9 PM at the MLHS Media Center. All Parents & Students Welcome!
In this presentation teachers and students will help parents and children address the range of Internet risks, concerns and influences of online behavior. Moreover MLHS student leaders will offer recommended strategies to cultivate and protect one’s online presence in today’s virtual minefield of FaceBook, YouTube and texting. Would You? • Live your door unlocked? • Post pics of yourself in the public...say Birchwood Lake? • Walk up to a stranger & tell him where you live? • Speak to strangers like friends (real, not FaceBook)? • Let a stranger go through personal things & take a pic?
