Foresta hills, located in Batu Ampar sub-district, Batam city, is the newest residential area in an area of 7 ha, where there will be apartments, condominiums, hotels, and housing with various supporting facilities, meeting the needs of its residents while providing the best comfort, and integrated with its environment.
As a vision and approach that will be applied in the landscape design of Foresta Hills, namely creating 'lush green forest living' which presents forest elements to create a natural living environment. The design seeks to create a residential area with a nuance of parks and trees in the city center like living in a park.
Creating a landscape that supports a good quality of life, personally and in its community.
The Princip of design is A city in a garden, creating a residential area with a garden and trees nuance in the city center like living in a park. Sustaining the natural assets, responding to the existing character by maintaining as much vegetation as possible and developing the concept of an 'anti-pollution' garden. "Riung Rahayat.." as a gathering place for people to interact, communicate, and aspire to their representatives.
Sukabumi in Sundanese means an area that is preferred to settle, or in other languages , a preferred land. From the name Sukabumi, it is realized in the idea/ concept of designing the Sukabumi city government area. A functional, comfortable, and sustainable government area by merging the interaction between government-community activities and communities through compact regional planning supported by various public-oriented activity functions. The activity is planned to be a catalyst for the area so that it is expected to be able to increase the cultural value, creative economy of the surrounding community.
With the concept of the natural landscape of West
Java, especially Sukabumi, which consists of mountains, rice fields and the sea. Which also represents planning in the area with the concept of getting along with nature. As the main gate for officials and main driving staff. areas that are in the area every day.
The people’s gate as the largest opening for pedestrians, is arranged as close as possible to public land use in the form of parks, mosques and culinary center tourism. With the concept of a sequential gate welcoming and accompanying the people’s journey into Riung Rahayat.
The special gate is a gate for members and staff of the DPR with a solid and cultured concept. Symbolizing the strength of the principle in representing the aspirations of the people who are not easily shaken in decision making when they have reached a consensus.

Located in a prominent area of South Jakarta at the intersection of Jl TB Simatupang and Jl Cilandak KKO, CIBIS Park, which is integrated with 360,000 square meters of offices, magnificent apartments, retail and plazas, stands on 12 hectares of land.
The location is easily accessible to and from the outer ring road, this commercial business is also close to mass transportation, namely the MRT and Transjakarta.
The concept of adjusting to a lifestyle that provides better and integrated value. CIBIS Park has connectivity and effectiveness. Not to mention, the open area called the town square to be enjoyed by the entire population, offers extraordinary facilities.

Urban Green Space for Adapting to the New Normal.
The selection of the site is adjusted to the design that will be implemented by fulfilling adaptive functions to the conditions of the new normal era. The selected site is adjacent to the lake and is close to the city center, but the site has not been optimized optimally. Hexa, taken from the word hexagon, represents a shield with six sides that means to protect. Lance is a
spear/weapon used in the past for self-defense. Both have one meaning which when combined becomes Hexalance. The meaning of protection in this concept is a representation of the design concept where there are 6 spatial functions developed on the site to represent the adaptive concept in the new normal era to prevent its users from the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Design Concept
The design pattern applied to the footprint abstracts the hexagon shape of a shield that has six sides that depict six spatial functions applied to the footprint. The hexagon shape inspired by the shape of a shield as a tool to protect oneself during war from enemy attacks is modified into an irregular shape to adjust the shape of the footprint.
This shield shape is abstracted on this site to have the meaning of protection against the threat of COVID-19, as well as this park which has a vision as an adaptive park to accommodate community activities in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bandung as the capital city of West Java has not reached 30% of green open space. An increase in green open space can be achieve through urban green space development. one of the potential green open spaces that can be developed is a green corridor located between Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Jawa Barat (Monpera) with Gasibu. This corridor has historical links with the surrounding places and most importantly Monpera. This study aims to identify the existing conditions and characteristics of the green corridor Monpera, conduct an analysis and synthesis of potential constraints, and produce the concept and design of green corridors to support Monpera's historical value.
This research was conducted using Booth design framework, which starts from project acceptance,
research and analysis, design, and construction drawings. The basic concept of designing the green corridor is Sumbu Perjuangan, as a direction for the movement from the center of West Java government to Monpera by applying the historical value of the struggle.
The design concept applied is adapted from Bedog, one of the fighting weapons. Which then transformed into linear and geometric curved lines that form repetitions and have a firm and straight character. The space is designed by implementing historical flows from the pre-independence era, defending the independence, and defense of Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia era by using design elements that facilitate historical interpretation and marked of each historical segment.

The main concept of the Integrated Classroom Building and Industrial Innovation Laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University is centered on Humans, not on vehicles. This concept is very important to create a comfortable, functional, and safe experience for users. Prioritizing human circulation (lecturers, students, visitors and staff) as an aspect of space development. Accesses that are in accordance with the way humans move and supporting needs that are not ignored such as teaching space capacity, office capacity, auditorium needs to service needs such as toilets and utility rooms.
Communal space, Work environment and social activities are well integrated and connected by various communal and active spaces. Dynamic space, user movement in a dynamic site and creating a memorable space that is oriented towards pedestrians. Friendly microclimate, natural nuances that are directly integrated with human activity space so as to provide interactive and comfortable communal space in terms of microclimate (thermal comfort). Nature based solution, utilization of drainage and water bodies to optimize the hydrological catchment function through a runoff water retention system and reuse of water.

The main concept is to create a landscape in a residence with the concept of an Islamic paradise garden, a lush modern and minimalist landscape.
Accommodating the needs of users to do outdoor activities by creating facilities in the form of lawns, gazebos, pergolas, aviaries, water elements, sports fields and parking areas.
The elements in the landscape are expected to provide aesthetic and functional values in open spaces so that
they can support the ecological sustainability of the surrounding area. Spaces in the landscape area must provide comfort both in terms of atmosphere and thermally, so that users can feel comfortable when doing outdoor activities. The landscape atmosphere with a tropical theme that presents various types of landscape plants is expected to present a dynamic, shady and comfortable landscape atmosphere. As a “landscape for housing” of course it must present a prime landscape atmosphere, so that it can support a natural atmosphere that blends with the atmosphere of the house which can give a beautiful and natural impression.

The Tropical Landscape Cluster is a serene space designed for relaxation and socializing, offering a mix of natural beauty and functional areas. The walkways are lined with tropical plants and lead visitors through different spaces, including an amphitheater for outdoor events and gatherings. An elevated decking area provides comfortable spots for lounging, while a peaceful pond offers a tranquil environment for
reflection and birdwatching. Families can enjoy picnics and games in the open grassy area, and friends can socialize in casual seating zones with bean bags and outdoor sofas. Lookout points throughout the area offer stunning views, perfect for sightseeing and taking in the tropical surroundings. This space is perfect for unwinding, socializing, and enjoying nature.
