MIZULAND
In 2016, Mr. Phan Xuan Quoc Anh – Co-founder of Mizuland took on responsibility for initiating a process of the Japanese Enterprise Co-working Space Project.
At that time, he had a lot of difficulties in finding the locations to establish the project. As there is no professional consulting company that could help him in the synthesis of market information, consulting a suitable site with the Japanese Enterprise’s investment budget. That is why the process of searching and site visits was very time-consuming. He had to synthesize all the detailed information such as the rent, service charge fee, payment, and raising price terms of hundreds of buildings by himself. In addition, he does have trouble in negotiating the Lease Contract.
It took 3 months to complete the site selection process.
Mr. Quoc Anh knew best and thoroughly understand the concern of enterprises when facing finding the office. This inspired him to do something to remove all the difficulties for enterprises.
That is why Mizuland was launched in the third quarter of 2017. With an enthusiasm create a professional service in finding offices for the customers quickly and efficiently. Now, your finding a rent real estate has become easier and more effective with Mizuland, rather than trying to do it on your own which is long and difficult.
