Now through February 25 cTAC-Traverse City A special, multimedia exhibition celebrating all the ways we, in the northern latitudes, find contentment during the darker winter months. The Danish word, “hygge” (pronounced “HYOO-gah”) is loosely translated as “the ritual of enjoying family, friends, warmth, and the simple pleasures of life.” Handcrafted furniture, textiles, paintings, ceramics, sculpture, and video, embodying the essence of a “Hygge” environment, will be on display.
