This residence is designed for a chef which is fulfilling all the requirments. The house has open spaces and setbacks on all four sides to ensure one building does not infringe on another building’s right to sunlight, ventilation, greenery, and vehicular access. Its a 3bhk residence with one guest house , and open kitchen is in the first floor for chef ’s shooting purpose .

PROJECT - HOSTEL (FOT GIRLS) BUILT UP AREA -12000sqm LOCATION -NIT RAIPUR This project is done in a group of two.

In a college context, a hostel is often referred to as a dormitory or residence hall. It’s a housing facility provided by educational institutions where students live during their academic year. The purpose is to offer students a living space that is close to campus, fostering a sense of community among peers and providing a supportive environment conducive to learning and personal growth.

CONCEPT

The concept here is creating recreational spaces, and open areas . Recreational spaces is gievn in every floor in girls hostelwhich is providing an area to relax, unwind, and socialize. These spaces can help foster a sense of community among residents, allowing them to bond over shared interests and activities.

Recreational spaces often act as venues for events and gatherings, facilitating cultural exchange, celebrations, and the exploration of diverse interests among students.

The hostel is made for total 334 no. of students each rooms has 2 students so 167 no. of rooms area there.

All the spaces in each floor is divided in such a way to fulfill there requirments .

All the spaces are getting proper lighting and ventilation and has storage room in each floor.

Washrooms are giving in very floor according to the no. of people.
