My name is Heather, and I am the owner and designer behind HRJ Events and Vintage Rentals, so nice to meet you! I love spending my days dreaming up the next event design, snuggling my boys and hiking the peaks of North Central Washington We are excited for you to join us for Vintage Holiday Minis!!
What toEexpect There is something so special about the time leading up to the Holidays It is a great time to schedule annual photos to share with family and your gallery will be delivered with plenty of time to order Holiday cards Each year, Heather curates a beautiful setting for us at Johnston Hillside, looking over the mountain tops of Leavenworth reminiscent of The Sound of Music, we dance and play throughout the different stations so you get a variety of looks. Each Session will be 20 25 minutes long and you will receive your fully edited images via online gallery Galleries will be delivered within 7 days after your session.
Coordinate your outfits by finding a color palette you love and finding pieces that compliment one another. Avoid matchy matchy and black as your main color. Soft, muted colors and neutral colors look great for my style of photography and against the deep greens, please avoid bright/neon hues

WHAT TO WEAR
When it comes to patterns, a good rule of thumb is have one or two patterned outfit for every three people included in the session. Floral prints, polka dots, plaids work great! Also, avoid large logos or licensed clothing It can get cold that first week of November. Layering, long underwear and leggings are highly recommended. Warm kids are happy kids! I love involving your fuzzy family as well We do ask that you keep a leash on your pup at all times I also highly recommend bringing someone with you that can hold on to the pups while you get some photos without them as well HOW MANY FAMILY MEMBERS CAN WE HAVE AT THE SESSION?
While I schedule sessions 30 minutes apart, your session is generally 20 25 minutes long and we get several different looks and backdrops in that time I have found that for kids, this hits about right for their attention span as well!
HOW LONG DO SESSIONS LAST?
I always keep tabs on weather If the weather does not permit sessions, then we will reschedule If it snows, that adds a beautiful backdrop for photos! I will send a notice out the day before, if there is a need to reschedule
The sessions are limited to 6 family members to make sure we get the most of your session If you do have more, the merrier and we can book back to back sessions
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS? Your gallery is delivered via an emailed link After accessing your gallery, you can download full size or social media size images HOW DO I ORDER PRINTS? You have several options for prints! When you download your gallery, you get a print release You can also purchase heirloom quality prints directly from your gallery
I am excited to deliver photo galleries with a shorter turnaround time You will get your gallery in 7 days after your session HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER? You generally receive 20 25 images in your gallery, but I like to make sure you get a variety of photos from the different curated settings by HRJ CAN WE BRING OUR DOG?
