Porter’s LEADS is a series of dynamic, one-day, in-person leadership workshops hosted by Miss Porter’s School. Designed specifically for middle school girls, each workshop offers a welcoming and empowering experience where participants engage in real-world learning, creative challenges, and meaningful conversations, all while forming new friendships and exploring their own unique leadership style.
LEADS is for girls in grades 5–8 who are eager to explore topics that introduce them to fields women have historically been kept out of and build the resilience they’ll carry with them into the future. Participants leave feeling empowered, seen, and ready to lead in their classrooms, their communities, and their lives.
