WEBSITE USERNAME AND PASSWORD SETUP

By logging into the Members-only side of the MAC website, you can make reservations for events and athletic courts, view your monthly statement, get the latest news and view contact information for other Members.

Follow the below steps to set up your username and password for the first time:

1. Go to mac-stl.org

2. Select “Member Login” in the upper righthand corner.

3. All first-time website users will need to click “Member Registration” below the “Log In” button.

4. To validate your membership, type in your five-digit Member number in the first box.

Example: Member 405 will be typed 00405 or E0405 (for Emeritus Members). Members’ spouses or domestic partners should use the number followed by a capital letter “A” to register. Other dependents will also have letters behind their number to create logins. Primary Member should check their account upon login to confirm the letter that applies to each dependent.

5. First and last name should be entered as they appear on your statement. This may include a middle initial followed by a period, which should be typed after the first name on the first name line.

6. Click “Validate.”

7. You will be prompted to create a username and password. If you receive an error message, please contact webmaster@macstl.org.

ABOUT YOUR STATEMENT

Members are notified via email from billing@macstl.org when statements are finalized for the month and available on the website. If you have not done so already, you will need to register to gain access.

1. Select the View Statement link under Account Summary or Statements in your Member Central dropdown.

2. Your most recent statement will be found in the section toward the bottom of the page marked “Finalized Statements.”

3. Online payment links are available which will direct you to the EMoney portal. Select:

F “Pay Now” to make a one-time payment

F “Make Recurring Payment” to set-up and schedule recurring payments

4.Statement balance due upon receipt

The Missouri Athletic Club does not limit members’ use to a single golf course. Instead, the Club provides local and national golf options to members in a variety of ways. Members receive special guest privileges at seven local golf clubs including Glen Echo Country Club, The Legends Golf Club, St. Clair Country Club, Bogey Hills Country Club, Sunset Hills Country Club (Edwardsville, IL), Dalhousie Golf Club (Cape Girardeau, MO), and Panther Creek Country Club (Springfield, IL).

The Board of Governors and management welcome all members and guests to our Club, but there are guidelines to follow while in the Club. A Dress Code is part of the Club’s tradition and commitment to the community. It is an important component in maintaining the MAC’s well-deserved reputation as a premier athletic club.

The Board and management asks that you acknowledge our commitment to continually serve members and guests at the MAC by adhering to the Dress Code. MembersandguestswillnothaveaccesstotheClub’spublicroomsifimproperly dressed. Members and guests may, of course, arrive and depart in traveling clothes. The Dress Code pertains to all members and guests 14 years and older. Please cooperate with MAC staff and members as they support the Dress Code policy.

MACtivities

This is a free service offered to Members every Friday night, running October through May, from 5:30–8:30 p.m. Kids ages 5-13 will enjoy group games, sports and free play! All programs will be staffed by Camp MAC counselors. Every MACtivities will have an organized game or sport in the gym, with also the option of free play. There will be crafts and coloring in the upstairs Youth Classroom. Weather permitting, games outside will be organized. Every 30 minutes, kids will have the option to switch between the two rooms indoors. Online reservations are required.

This year, we are excited to announce that there is also the option to register for a timeslot in the Youth Activity Room while MACtivities is in progress for $7 an hour.

The Youth Activity Room will have three one-hour time slots available for reservation, 5:306:30 p.m., 6:30-7:30 p.m., and 7:30-8:30 p.m. So remember, if your child would like to participate in both MACtivities and the Youth Activity Room, you will need to make two separate reservations for these activities through our online calendar.

Clubs Within the Club (CWCs) and Special Interest Groups offer Missouri Athletic Club Members opportunities to socialize, travel and improve in sports, hobbies and other specific interest areas.

Throughout the year, these Member lead groups host meetings, social activities and events for their respective CWC and group members to enjoy and to further club camaraderie over shared interests.

Any MAC Member interested in discovering new possibilities and connecting with fellow Members is encouraged to consider becoming involved.

Sports Foundation

The Missouri Athletic Club has supported our community through athletics since competing in the 1904 Olympics here in St. Louis. Today, we still pride ourselves on recognizing athletic achievement and giving back to the community through the Sports Foundation.

F Through the mission of the Sports Foundation, the MAC has continued to support and influence the St. Louis community through impactful contributions.

F The Sports Foundation has been committed to celebrating adolescent, high school, and collegiate athletics in the St. Louis community by supporting the Special Olympics and the Mathews-Dickey Boys’ & Girls’ Club.

F Some of the Club’s signature events including the Jack Buck Awards, the Boxing Championships, the Hermann Trophy and the USBWA College Basketball Awards are produced in conjunction with the Sports Foundation.

F The MAC’s Charitable Society for Children (CSC) is a part of this foundation and has raised nearly $250,000 over ten years for local childrens’ charities, including College Bound, Ronald McDonald House and Covenant House.

F Community outreach has remained at the forefront of our members’ minds and continues to be a priority for the MAC.

Since 1903, the Missouri Athletic Club has operated from 405 Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis. After the original clubhouse was destroyed by fire in 1914, the present-day clubhouse was built in the same location. Grander than the original, the new clubhouse opened its doors on March 1, 1916. The Downtown Clubhouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places in May 2007, forever making it a St. Louis landmark.

Meeting and banquet rooms are determined by the number of anticipated guests. Should the number of guests change from the original quote, the MAC reserves the right to reassign the venue as necessary. Room rental fees are charged should your event not meet the minimum of $12.95 per person before 2 p.m. and $24.95 per person after 2 p.m. not including service charge. Ask your catering consultant for service charge amounts. There is a set-up fee of $1.50 per person for all private banquet rooms.

GLEN ECHO FULL MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

ENROLLMENT FORM

TheGlenEchoFullMembershipProgramforMissouriAthleticClubmembersandtheirfamily,whichincludes themember,spouse,andchildrenunder24yearsofageis$398permonthplusapplicabletaxinadditionto current MAC dues. The monthly $398 is composed of dues ($371 plus tax) and a capital fee ($27), both of whichwillbebilledthroughyourMACAccount.MACmemberswillbefullmembersatGlenEchoCountryClub. Benefitsinclude:

♦ Unlimitedroundsofgolffortheentirefamily. Greensfeesincluded,memberstosignforcarts.

♦ FullaccesstotheOnlineTeeSheet,whichallowsreservationssevendaysinadvance.

♦ Unlimitedutilization ofthepool,tennis, andclubhousefacilitiesincludingspecialeventsfortheentirefamily.

♦ Playinapplicablemen’s/women’s/kid’sgolfeventsatnormalmemberfeesfortheentirefamily.

♦ Personallockeravailableforprimarymemberand/orspouseandutilizationoflockerroomamenitiesfor $100peryearperlocker.

♦ Golfclubbag storageisavailableinGolfShopforprimarymemberandspouseat$130perbagperyear.

♦ ParticipationintheMen’sGolfAssociationisoptionalatanadditional$350peryear.

Thisprogramisnotofferedonaseasonalorshort-termbasis. Therefore, ifanMAC/GECCmemberresignsfrom theprogram,he/sheisnoteligibletorejointhisprogramfortwoyears. TheresignationofanyMACmemberin goodstandingfromtheGlenEchoFullMembership,tenderedinwriting,shallbeeffectiveattheendofany calendarmonthonatleastthirty(30)days'priorwrittennotice.

Bycompleting thisform, Iam committing toparticipate in the Glen EchoFull Membership program as outlined above. IunderstandthatifIresignfromtheprogram,Iamnoteligibletorejoinfortwoyears. Ialso understandtheresignationnoticepolicyofatleastthirty(30)days.
