SATURDAY CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING/ SNOWSHOEING A favorite of all athletes from beginner to intermediate. Skiing techniques, skills and safety will be taught. Session: Jan 9 – Feb 20 No practice Jan 30 Day & Time: Sat 10:00–11:30 a.m. Location: Meet at the Y

SUNDAY SKIING/SNOWBOARDING Coached practices for Special Olympians at Lost Trail and Lookout ski areas. Session: Jan 10 – Feb 21 No practice Jan 17 & Feb 14 Day & Time: Sun 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Fee: $200 Location: Meet at Y & travel to the ski area.

Calling all Special Olympics athletes: Go for the GOLD! Chose your favorite two sports and train on Saturdays to compete in the Area Spring Games & State Summer Games. Practice starts March 19. BOCCE: 9:00-10:00 a.m. (Sentinel Track) TRACK & FIELD: 10:00-11:30 a.m. (Sentinel Track) SWIMMING: 1:00-2:00 p.m. (Y Pool) TRI-TRAINING: 2:00-3:00 p.m. (Dirt Track)
