FOR MY FICTIONAL COMPANY I NEED TO ANALYZE AND FORECAST THE NUMBER OF WORKERS AND SKILLS OF THE WORKERS THAT ARE REQUIRED BY THE ORGANIZATION TO ACHIEVE ITS OBJECTIVES.

GOALS TO HELP OUR YOUTH HAVE A SENSE OF BELONGING, FEEL SAFE AND HAVE A PLACE TO CALL HOME. AS WELL AS TO PROVIDE AN ARRAY OF SERVICE TO SUPPORT OUR CHILDREN .

OBJECTIVE TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS OUR STAFF MUST ENGAGE AND EDUCATE OUR YOUTH IN SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLES IN EACH GROUP HOME. ALSO BE AWARE OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TO STRENGTHEN THE ENVIRONMENT FOR NOW AND THE FUTURE.

Director of Family Services • Implement program policies and procedures established in accordance with the funding sources. • Be responsible for all grant administration of assigned programs. Oversee community based programs and activities • Responsible for supervisions of client case management, and direct services staff. • Develop and maintain close and cooperative relationships with funders, community, and public agencies including attending all necessary workshops and/or meetings with partners or funders. • Work cooperatively with the Fiscal Officer and Executive Director to develop budgets. • Research and apply for additional program funding.
