Thank You for being a part of Da Girls Locker Room. We have over 20 group homes located all across the US. Our programs are for foster & probation youth ladies from ages 6-10 & 1018.The best home school, weekend outings, cooking lessons, money management, shopping and much more. Our goals are to help The youth have a sense of belonging, feel safe and have a Place to call home. As well as to provide an array of service To support our children. To achieve our goals we need staf Who engage and educate our youth in sustainable lifestyles In each group home. Workers’ Compensation Insurance Da Girls Locker Room provides a comprehensive workers’ compensation insurance program to all employees. This program covers injuries and illnesses that are sustained in the course of employment and that require medical, surgical, or hospital treatment. Subject to applicable legal requirements, workers’ compensation insurance provides benefits after a short waiting period or immediately in the event of hospitalization. Any employee who sustains a work-related injury or illness should immediately inform Da Girls Locker Room Account Coordinator. No matter how minor an on-the-job injury may appear, it is important that it be reported immediately. This will enable eligible employees to qualify for coverage as quickly as possible.

Da Girls Locker Room will establish and maintain a drug free awareness program to ensure that employees are informed regarding the following: a. The dangers of drug abuse in the workplace b. The full implications of the policy as it pertains to conditions of employment and penalties to be imposed for drug abuse violations occurring in the workplace. c. The availability or unavailability of drug counseling, rehabilitation, and employee assistance programs. Observation Supervisors will be responsible for observing employee performance. Employees who exhibit patterns of erratic behavior or less than full productivity are subject to the disciplinary procedure.


Testing In cases where the behavior of an employee suggests drug or alcohol abuse, Da Girls Locker Room has the right to require laboratory testing for these substances. This can be a condition for continued employment. In cases where facts would suggest that drug or alcohol use exists in a part or division of Da Girls Locker Room, Da Girls Locker Room may enact a periodic random drug testing requirement of all employees in that part or division of the Village. The Executive Director may establish random drug testing procedures for any part of Da Girls Locker Room or for the whole Village as may seem reasonable or appropriate to the Executive Director. Before establishing such a procedure the Executive Director shall detail the proposed plan and publish it to Da Girls Locker Room employees using Da Girls Locker Room group email system. No additional advance notice shall be necessary to begin a random drug testing program.
