Primal Paleo Weight Loss Diet - Stone Age Blueprint for Modern Weight Loss? The People who are crazy about it, are saying that the Caveman Diet is the safest way to total health and wellness. But, of course, they would say that, right? If you found something that got you jazzed, you'd probably say it was a miracle too. Wouldn't you? It seems like every other day there's a new "miracle diet" promising us untold and rapid health, weight loss, a toned body and smooth skin. So, the obvious question - Is the Paleo Weight Loss Blueprint just another bizarre - and possibly dangerous "fad diet? At first glance, there doesn't appear to be anything in the Stone age Diet that could be construed as "dangerous to health."| The emphasis seems to be solidly on fruit and vegetables, with poultry and meat being last on the list.|Meat lovers may not adapt well to the Caveman Diet, as meat and poultry take a back seat to fruit and vegetables in the "Paleo Car." The main differences are that there is little to no diary - so if you're a big milk drinker, or yoghurt lover, the Paleo Meal Plan might be a hard nut for you to crack. Add to the list of "no-no's" for Stoneage inspired dieters - BREAD! - Made the traditional way. Made with nut flour, walnuts, pecans, almonds is the Paleo way to go. Also on the Modern Cavepersons "don't touch list" (in addition to grains) are Vegetable seed oils and soy products. We refer to the prehistoric people who existed before the advent of farming as"Hunter Gatherers." Owing to the fact they were restricted to eating only what they could hunt or gather.|Today's dietary regime, derived from, or more accurately inspired by, our primitive hunter gatherer ancestors is referred to as "the Paleo Diet." A contraction of the word - Paleolithic - which describes the hunter gatherer epoch. First popularized in the 1970'S in the book "The Stoneage Diet" - The Paleo Diet and it's recipes have been wholeheartedly embraced by the organic/vegetarian/vegan community. As you would expect. Perhaps the greatest benefit of the Paleo Diet is the accompanying weight loss.Losing weight by eating sounds like a dream way to diet. But, in fact, that's exactly what happens with the Stoneage Diet. Obviously, diets come and go. And, considering the radical and bizzare regimes and often dangerous side effects - that's a good thing. However, with it's emphasis on organic natural preservative free ingredients and easy implementation, it would seem that the Paleo Diet is not about to fade into history anytime soon.
