OH LÀ LÀ !

What’s the reason why I’m a Olympics &Paralympics FAN? My passion for inclusion has a clear objective: to eradicate the word "inclusion." Wait, what?!

Let me explain: I firmly believe that inclusion should cease to be just a word written on paper and should be something we can simply live.

Throughout these years, I have had the opportunity to experience up close how sports have the power to bring people together, transcending cultural and linguistic barriers. This conviction is what drives me to seek the opportunity to contribute to the Olympic and Paralympic Games in París 2024.

When I'm asked what my ideal job would be like, I always say it's the sum of my passions: creativity, sport, inclusion, photography, and meeting people from all over the world.

But the main reason is Xènia, my sister.

She is the person who has taught me the most without using a single word, and therefore, I learned that it is not always necessary to define with words the capacity a person has to change the lives of others.

Thanks to her, I believe in the possibility of creating a better world and WE ARE ALREADY DOING IT!

Volunteering experience:

SPECIAL OLYMPIC GAMES BERLÍN 2023 The Special Olympics World Games is a world-renowned sporting event where more than 7,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities competed in different sports disciplines in Berlin during the month of April 2023.

During my stay as a volunteer, I have worked with an amazing international team in the Marketing Department as a Content Creator and Social Media to generate content and give visibility on Social Networks about inclusion in the sports world for people with intellectual disabilities.

INCLUSEA The International Adaptive Surfing Summit 2023 is an event organized

by Inclusea to be held in Somo Beach at the end of April. A four-day program with inspiring workshops, lectures and outdoor activities by leading specialists in adaptive surfing, surf therapies, blue health and marine environment from all over Europe.

The event provides a new educational framework based on scientific evidence and a toolkit of recommendations for surfing programs for people with physical and/or sensory disabilities.

My responsibilities have been to capture the essence of the various activities during the event through photography and videography.

S4P

Surf, Sup and Sail for Parkinson The S4P is a European project that seeks to provide tools for complementary rehabilitation therapies for Parkinson's disease.

My role during this event was as speaker at the transnational meetings of the Erasmus+ Project "S4P"- Sea, Sail and Surf for Parkinson in Fuerteventura (Canary Islands), Ankara (Turkey) and Sardinia (Italy). with the aim of exchanging best practices on the role of maritime sports in improving the quality of life of people with Parkinson's disease.

What have I learned during these amazing experiences?

Developing intercultural skills by interacting with people from different parts of the world, speaking different languages, and sharing other new perspectives.

Raising a deeper social awareness and commitment to social responsibility, focusing on the importance of creating inclusive environments.

Capture the necessary messages through photography and videography to make known the voice of each person's own unique experience.

Developing the ability to adapt to new and challenging situations, especially in environments where language barriers and cultural differences may arise.

Fostering resilience when facing obstacles and overcoming challenges to address the individual needs of participants.

Recognizing and celebrating individual and collective achievements of people with disabilities, promoting a mindset of accomplishment.

Improving communication and leadership skills when coordinating inclusive initiatives and promoting positive changes.

Work experience:

CAIXABANK Marketing & Experience Department

I was the Product Manager of Young Cards which manages "imagin" with the Communities of Catalonia, Madrid, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Valencia, Navarra, Asturias, Castilla y León, Murcia and Melilla.

My responsibilities were to carry out the interlocution with the different governments and institutions of each Autonomous Community for the development and creation of communication campaigns in CaixaBank offices, in mass media and digital channels, to promote the Youth Cards and communicate the financial and non-financial advantages among the young people of each Community (education, culture, mobility, sports...).

SEGURCAIXA ADESLAS Customer Experience Department

My role was analyze and compare objective, measurable and relevant data through the different KPI's chosen to know the satisfaction and recommendation of customers with our services and obtain a global vision of the situation.

As a result, we make the appropriate decisions to develop action plans that improve our customer's experience and at the same time generate a competitive advantage.

Content Creator

The Play&Train Association has been working since 2008 with the aim of providing opportunities for people with disabilities through sports and training.

My role involves communicating in an attractive and creative manner all the programs we carry out, enhancing visibility and awareness of inclusion in sports and educational settings at the La Molina ski slopes and on the island of Fuerteventura.
