Jett Skar - Civil Engineer
Minot, N.D. – Jett Skar has joined the Ackerman-Estvold Minot office as a full-time Civil Engineer. He recently earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND. Skar has worked in the Minot office as a seasonal intern for the last two summers, gaining experience in construction engineering and jobsite inspection. Jett will be working with the construction engineering group providing assistance to projects during the summer season and then focus on design for municipalities in communities throughout the region


Ian Geller - GIS Technician
Minot, N.D. – Ian Geller has joined the Ackerman-Estvold Minot office as GIS Technician. Geller earned a Bachelor of Science in History from Minot State University, Minot, ND and a Master of Science in Geography and GIS from University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, ND He has a variety of experience in data input, collecting GIS information, and resolving issues with GIS databases and maps Ian’s responsibilities will focus on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and will provide environmental expertise on a variety of projects throughout the region
Greg Olson - Senior Construction Inspector
Minot, N D – Greg Olson has joined the Ackerman-Estvold Minot office as a Senior Construction Inspector Olson earned an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State School of Science, Wahpeton, North Dakota Greg has over four decades of extensive experience in highway construction and bridge inspection with the ND Department of Transportation and served as District Materials Coordinator for the past 17 years Olson will be primarily responsible for Quality Control & Quality Assurance on job sites along with assisting with job site inspection on projects
Grace Dietz - Project Designer
Minot, N D – Grace Dietz has joined the Ackerman-Estvold Fargo office as a Project Designer Dietz earned Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees from North Dakota State University, Fargo, North Dakota Grace will bring a fresh prospective to the team with the most up-to-date skills in program design Her responsibilities will include drafting, conceptual design, and design development on architectural projects throughout the region
