“We’re routinely monitoring this during regular business hours, but this is not the appropriate place to submit an emergency situation,” Assistant City Engineer Emily Huettl said. “If there’s a crime being committed or a leaking hydrant, please continue to call 911 to report emergencies.”

After a concern or service request is submitted, updates will be sent to the person who submitted the issue. Users can also see online the status of complaints that have been submitted, and whether action on the complaint is in process or has been closed.
