Dieta: Mantener una alimentación equilibrada es fundamental para controlar los síntomas de la menopausia, su peso y la aparición de sofocos. Algunos alimentos naturales como la soja, por ejemplo, podrán ayudarle a recuperar su equilibrio hormonal. Por otro lado, es importante que abandones el alcohol y la cafeína, que pueden detonar los sofocos y otros síntomas de la menopausia.

What happens with your blood type Nowadays there are four blood groups: O, A, B and AB. But in the beginning of mankind there was only one blood type, type O. As man evolved different blood types were created according to the needs of fighting different diseases, so some blood types are strong on one hand, but on the other not.

Qué pasa con su tipo de sangre Hoy en día existen cuatro grupos sanguíneos: O, A, B y AB. Pero en los inicios de la humanidad solo había un tipo sanguíneo: el tipo O. En la medida que el hombre fue evolucionando se fueron creando los diferentes tipos sanguíneos de acuerdo a las necesidades de combatir diferentes enfermedades, por lo que algunos tipos sanguíneos son fuertes en una parte pero, no en otras.

De acuerdo al periódico “El Mundo” de España, investigadores del Brigham and Women's Hospital y de la Harvard Medical School (Boston, EEUU) demostraron que:

Grupo B: Su sistema inmunológico es muy adaptable, razón por lo cual raras veces se enferma. Su debilidad son los intestinos, sufren de diarreas y sucesos cardiacos.

Grupo AB: Son resistentes a las alergias. Sus debilidades son la gastritis, bronquitis, riesgo de colesterol e infarto y parásitos intestinales.

Más adelante publicaremos dietas de acuerdo a los tipo sanguíneos, pues para los que sentimos que estos estudios son bastante acertados, es bueno tener más información, pero consulte siempre con su médico antes de hacer cambios en su estilo de vida.

Las cultura del Slow Down establece hacer las cosas al ritmo correcto, sin sobrecargar la agenda y los compromisos, la idea es hacer una sola cosa cada vez. Cada uno de nosotros tiene 24 horas para vivir cada día y el Slow Down consiste en darle un giro para revalorizar nuestra actitud ante la vida, teniendo más tiempo para disfrutarla, estar junto a la familia, y pasar más tiempo relajado.

Patient Protection Act/Affordable Care Act (ACA). This law increases individual access to health insurance coverage, and makes coverage more affordable. It offers tax credits to small businesses to help pay for coverage of their employees. Each year more reforms have been phased into the ACA. Under the ACA: • Every U.S. citizen must carry health insurance (or pay a fee) • Health coverage cannot be denied based on preexisting conditions • Health insurance plans cannot establish an annual $ limit for coverage • Health insurers cannot charge women more than men • Young adults can remain on their parents' health insurance plans until age 26 • Access to Medicaid is increased • Individuals who do not have health insurance offered by an employer can purchase and sign up for insurance through a Marketplace.

How to use the refrigerator The refrigerator is a device that allows us to keep the food in good condition for a longer time, than if we kept it at room temperature. Hispanics more prone to diabetes Diabetes is a disease that causes a person not to absorb glucose or sugar into the their tissues properly, leaving it circulating in the blood and damaging these same tissues with the passage of time. These damages complicate the person’s health and can be lethal.

Today diabetes is more common in the Hispanic community than among whites and people of other nationalities. Among Hispanic adults, 1 in 10 Hispanic is reported to be diabetic. The main causes of diabetes are overweight or obesity, a sedentary lifestyle, family genetics and age. If you are 45 years or older, are of Hispanic descent, and do not exercise, you could be a candidate to have diabetes.

Poor services for diabetes can cause serious health problems, and the Hispanic community is the most vulnerable to suffering. Being overweight, lack of exercise, and poor diet are the key factors for developing of this disease, and it puts patients at risk for colon cancer, cardiovascular disease and myocardial infarction, and stroke.

The earaches of your baby Regularly this occurs in children under 3 years old, going to the daycare center. It is an infection that is usually preceded by a cold or flu. The airway infections carry viruses and bacteria to the middle ear and stay there.

If your baby puts his hands to his ears, feels uncomfortable and cries frequently or has lost his appetite and sleep, he may be going through an ear infection and must take him to his pediatrician.

This ear infection produces severe pain, fluid and pus and fever. It must be treated promptly because it can lead to hearing loss although it is not contagious.

The most common causes for your child to get this infection is, as already mentioned, by a flu that lets pass germs and viruses from the nose to the ear, other causes are repeated ear infections and allergic obstruction.

The baby must be seen by your doctor to make an assessment of all the airway and throat.

Sometimes when you bathe, water remains in the ears, which can cause discomfort or pain. Any eardrop or treatment must be authorized by your doctor because you can damage your baby's ear canals.

This type of infection or otitis, causes a little fever that can get higher and all his own statements: shivering, goose bumps, blue lips, poor feeding, and headache. Las causas más comunes para que su niño contraiga esta infección son como ya mencionamos, una gripe que hace que los gérmenes y virus pasen de la nariz al oído, otra causa son las infecciones del oído repetidas y la obstrucción alérgica.

El bebé debe ser visto por su médico para hacerle una evaluación de toda las vías respiratorias y de la garganta.

En ocasiones cuando usted lo baña, queda agua en los oídos, que puede ocasionar incomodidad o resultar doloroso. Cualquier gota para el oído o tratamiento debe se autorizado por su médico ya que puede dañar los canales auditivos de su bebé.

Este tipo de infección u otitis produce fiebre media que puede ser elevada y con todas sus manifestaciones propias: tiritonas, piel de gallina, labios azulados, rechazo del alimento, y dolor de cabeza. En otros casos, sólo será una fiebre que no sobrepasará los 38ºC.
