The e-book also includes a three-day “detox” regimen that includes recipes and directions for replacing three meals each day with smoothies. The 21-Day Smoothie Diet recommends eating normally but still “healthy” one day a week and offers a meal plan for that day. Sgoutas recommends repeating the 21-day cycle whenever you want to lose weight, however, there is little evidence that a smoothie diet is an efficient way of losing weight.
