The project's requirements dictated the construction of a 6" x 6" cube using only 90-degree angles. Seven architectural terms—solid, void, transparent, translucent, tectonic, stereotonic, and datum—were provided to guide the cube's design, with the primary objective being the harmonious integration of each term.

This structure is meticulously designed, adhering to building codes and employing environmentally conscious strategies to optimize sunlight exposure and enhance air circulation.
The monet garden library serves as a hub for knowledge, imagination, and inspiration, nestled with in the eco-friendly environment of a greenhouse. It is designed to provide a comfortable and inviting atomosphere for readers of all ages to immerse themselves in the joys of reading while fostering a deeper connection with the natural world.
Garden and library space would be divided by solid concrete and combination of Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) and glass shell.

The library section, encased in sturdy concrete, serves as a sanctuary for literature and learning, shielded from the outer landscape. Outside, a greenery unfolds, offering a tranquil refuge amidst the bustle of city life. Strategically oriented to capture the sunlight and maximize natural ventilation, the space exudes an inviting warmth.

Unlike traditional straight-line architecture, this community center introduces organic curves to the neighborhood. These flowing lines attract more visitors, enhancing their overall experience. In addition to enabling free movement across the site, the smooth topography allows people to navigate up and down naturally. Furthermore, all programs are designed with consideration for sunlight exposure and privacy requirements.

Blue Heart
When Hurricane Sandy hit New York in 2012, the city ran out of fresh food within days due to the disruption of long food supply chains. This highlighted the vulnerability of cities relying on distant production. To achieve long-term resilience and sustainability, we must explore localization.
This realization is a core inspiration for the Floating city. Situated on Gravesend Bay in Brooklyn, BLUE HEART aims to create a self-sustaining urban environment that integrates localized food production, water treatment, and energy generation.
