Eye Care Specialists Since 1985, more than 130,000 doctors & patients have trusted Eye Care Specialists. Their team holds credentials in medical, surgical and laser treatment of cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, macular degeneration, dry eyes, pediatric concerns, corneal transplants, retinal tears, and near/ farsightedness. As noted pioneers, their surgeons were the first in Wisconsin to perform ultrasonic cataract removal—offering both conventional and advanced lens implants to restore vision and reduce the need for glasses or bifocals. They are also state forerunners in laser scanning technology to detect, track and treat diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and other diseases. Eye Care Specialists offers revolutionary Avastin™ injection therapy to stabilize (and sometimes even improve) sight for macular degeneration and diabetes patients. And, their staff conducts one of the country’s largest continuing education programs for eye and health care professionals. In addition, they are local columnists/news sources and have distributed more than one million free educational booklets. “We’re proud of our achievements, but our main commitment is to patients. When you come to our office with questions, we make sure you leave with answers. Utilizing the latest detection and treatment technology, we map out a plan that focuses on protecting and preserving your best possible vision for the future.”
