Entry Requirements:
At college you will develop your technical skills and learn what it takes through practice and authentic work experience. From barista training and customer service to crafting bespoke menus, you will learn all the different areas of the industry and receive first class support from our highly experienced tutors.

Key employers we work with:
There are many Level 1 or 2 catering and hospitality vacancies and apprenticeships, and progression to head chef is possible with in-job training. A hotel or conference manager may benefit from a business or events management degree, but it is not essential.
Level 2 & 3 students’ time will be split 50/50 between studying at the College and at the prestigious Silverstone Circuits, with the opportunity to work alongside Silverstone’s professional chefs.
Level 2 & 3 students will experience working and serving customers at the on-campus award-winning restaurant, The Brasserie. Learn using industry standard equipment and cutting-edge technology in a professional working kitchen.
Our Bakery & Patisserie students have the unique opportunity to learn and work in the pretigious Claire Clark Academy kitchen, and may even get to meet Claire Clark MBE herself.
