Wynwood Norte is undergoing a renaissance, with a recently approved revitalization plan to increase housing units and to stimulate business growth. The City is specifcally calling for the development of mid-rise and boutique projects to enhance the current neighborhood’s character, which is in line with our development plan. Wynwood Norte is also one of Miami’s most connected neighborhoods centrally located between the desired neighorhoods of Wynwood, Midtown, the Design District and Edgewater, and within a 5-minute drive to sought afer dining and shopping.

There has been a luxury housing boom in Miami in recent years and there is a need for housing that can cater to the young working professional. We are flling that gap with units that appeal to a modern professional lifestyle, with these new housing units at an atainable price point. We foresee a continued demand for this product, as the job growth in Miami continues to follow a positive trend with major employers relocating to the area, creating strong long-term employment and demand for workforce housing.
